Who can join?
We're an ASU student club. Join Discord and say hi if you'd like to paddle with us.
Can I try a practice before paying dues?
Yes. New paddlers can practice for two weeks before paying dues. Dues are paid per semester; ask the team for details.
Do I need to bring a paddle?
No. The club provides paddles and personal flotation devices (PFDs).
What should I wear and bring?
Wear clothes you're willing to get wet. Bring a hat, sunscreen, and plenty of water.
Where do we meet?
At the Tempe Town Lake Marina dock, where the boats are. The Practice page has meeting-point and parking links.
What if I need a ride?
Check the practice post in Discord. You can ask for a ride there and see when the carpool leaves.
Does the club compete?
Yep! We race, but we also like practicing and spending time together. It's about the people as much as the sport.
